Brenton is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. He has worked as a therapist in residential and outpatient treatment settings, and he provides a client centered approach focusing on attachment. Brenton earned his Master’s Degree of Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, and attended Harding University for his undergraduate degree. Brenton specializes in couples counseling, children’s therapy, trauma and addiction issues, and attachment.

Brenton is trained or certified in the following: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR II, Certified Sexual Addiction (CSAT) and Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT) through IITAP, Certified Trauma Therapist through Spirit2Spirit, and trained in Experiential Team Building through Project Adventure.

Brenton utilizes theories such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to walk with clients in their journey towards healing and growth.
