Change your mind, change your life! You get to choose the life you want based on the actions that you take daily. A simple tweak in the way you think about life’s experiences can change the outcome in any given situation. When we create better thoughts, we get better results. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) because I truly believe thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected.
I have over 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. I’ve worked in both outpatient and school-based settings. I’ve worked with clients experiencing a wide range of issues including ADHD, trauma, childhood grief anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and anger issues.
People start therapy for various reasons and all of them are equally valid. I feel that my purpose is to help clients unpack their feelings, process their trauma, learn coping skills, uncover strengths and improve their overall wellbeing. Each of us has what it takes to change and overcome even the most challenging obstacles.
