
Angela Harmon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who believes that each person who comes into her office truly matters and their unique story is important. She has a passion for joining alongside those experiencing the impacts of anxiety, depression, traumatic events, and self-esteem issues with an intention of working to empower them to discover their inner strength and compassion for their own authentic self.
She specializes in working with adult females as well as adolescents and children. She has completed training in Brainspotting (phase I & II) and Advanced TF-CBT. Most recently, she completed her Level 1 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, an integrative somatic, emotional, and cognitive approach used to address post-traumatic responses or attachment issues held in the body. A core desire in her collaborative work with clients is creating a safe space to restore hope, courage, peace within the body, and a sense of self-worth to allow room for lasting growth and healing.
