
Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her bachelor’s in social work from Harding University and master’s in social work from UALR. She has worked in mental health for the past five years as a therapist in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep problems, and trauma. Katie is trained in Brainspotting phase I, clinical trauma interventions, mindfulness-based interventions, and CBT for insomnia. She values her relationship with each individual client and strives to empower them on their own journey towards growth and healing. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and swimming. Katie and her husband have been married for six years. They have one daughter and two fur babies.
